Parkstone Pilates Studio (Parkstone Pilates Limited) is the data controller for the personal data collected on this website and through our booking, training and lead enquiry processes.

We collect your account details, bookings, payment records and class history through Supabase (accounts, bookings and class credits), Stripe (payments and subscriptions) and Resend (transactional email). We use Vercel for hosting, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for site performance and Sentry for error logs. Class schedules are managed in our studio booking system.

Health information you give in the medical questionnaire and PAR-Q is special category data. We collect it only with your explicit consent, use it solely to keep you safe in class, store it with strict access controls so only you and the studio can see it, keep it no longer than needed and never use it for marketing or analytics. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

We process your data to provide classes, manage bookings and respond to enquiries. You have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@parkstonepilates.co.uk.
